There is also TOMOS Software, a web-based SaaS solution for software quality management. It has modules for requirements, test case authoring & test execution, and defect tracking. Everything is in a common database and provides links between the modules. The test case authoring module looks like Excel and is extremely easy to use. Click here to go to TOMOS

Hi,

There is also a new tool that I have recently developed..

TestLodge - Test case management tool is designed to be a lot simpler than traditional software by only providing the essentials to get the job done well. The system focuses on helping you create your test plans, requirements, creating and managing your test suites and cases along with allowing you to easily perform multiple test runs and generate reports.

To this list should be added TestWave (www.testwave.co.uk).

TestWave is a SaaS based test management tool, which manages both manual and automated tests. Its functionality includes storing test scripts, recording execution and results, tracking defects and mapping tests onto requirements and releases.
